Privacy policy

1. Information we process
When you register, we process your email, display name, account identifier, and required session data. If you purchase a lifetime license, we also store customer, transaction, and license identifiers returned by Paddle.
2. AI conversation content
ConvoFinder stores chat indexes, keywords, and knowledge bases locally in your browser by default. Signing in does not automatically upload complete chat content.
3. How information is used
Account information is used only for authentication, support, license management, service security, and essential product notices. We do not sell personal information.
4. Third-party services
The website uses Supabase for identity and data, Vercel for hosting, and Paddle for one-time payment processing. Each provider processes required data under its own privacy policy.
5. Security and retention
Passwords are securely hashed by the authentication provider, and ConvoFinder never reads plaintext passwords. Account data is retained while needed to provide the service. Contact support to request export or deletion.
